- Privately Owned Factories

Koyo Aftermarket OE Replacement Radiators are manufactured in Koyo’s privately owned factories in both Indonesia and China. Each factory is ISO-9001 certified, maintained and operated by Koyo Japan, ensuring all production is completed under the strictest manufacturing standards. Koyo controls and oversees all stages of production which ensures that every Koyo part given the same stringent attention to detail from start to finish.

- Quality Koyo Components

Koyo manufactures all of the components used our radiators. Each component is manufactured from raw materials using Koyo’s proprietary technology.  Every tube, fin, header plate, oil cooler components, etc. are manufactured by machines built by Koyo Japan. Our custom built assembly machines ensure that there will never be any compromise in Koyo’s high standard of quality.  We strictly follow OE product specifications to ensure quality and exact fitting of the products (No universal models).  Strict compliance to our TQC (Total Quality Control) program requires point to point inspections.

Koyo radiators are renowned for having the highest quality, and best fit and finish which results in the best reliability in the marketplace. This is achieved through Koyo's strict quality control measures.   Each Koyo radiator is leak tested a total of three times at different stages of the production process, and then visually inspected one last time before the part is packaged in our trademark blue and white KOYORAD box. Both Koyo factories are ISO-9001 certified. Strict quality control will always remain the top priority at Koyo to guarantee that our customers receive a radiator they can trust.  We believe in maintaining the highest production and quality standards for our discerning customers at all times.  Training exchanges are regularly conducted between our Japan, Indonesia, and China plants from 3 months to a year of Japanese workmanship standard program. This program ensures the delivery of Japan made quality at a competitive price.
